 In 2015 using the FOIPA, the Freedom of Information Act I tried to gather evidence that a musical recording I made was taken by the FBI.  The above letter was the answer I got.  The FBI routinely destroys records.  Deferring to The National Security Act see page two above they cover up their own activities.
Also very interesting is the copy of my Denial Letter for me to join Infragard.  Infragard is a private citizen organization but they are using The FBI and Department of Justice as an address.
It's clear to me that the FBI has become swollen and filled with greedy dishonest private individuals.  They should not be trusted.  I believe Donald Trump should use the Navy NCIS(the navy is historically better at keeping records) by executive order and seize the offices of the FBI and their current records.
The FBI should be denied detroying any documents in the future by an act of Congress as well.

You want a surveillance fiasco? Effective July 14, 2015, I have a copyright for a Reprise of this song as "Gonna Break Dan(Reprise) 1991". As approved by the copyright office I use too much of the word "Dan". In my copyright application I did list The Offspring as having published this song 1992. They have been accused of using too many "Yeahs" in the song lyrics then really exist hence my reprise.
